Founders
Guddu Kumar Shaw — Co-Founder & Partner
Guddu Kumar Shaw is an experienced Derivatives Trader and Trainer with over 10 years of active trading and training experience in the Indian financial markets. Over the past decade, he has witnessed and successfully navigated through multiple market cycles — from bull runs to volatile crashes — refining his trading discipline and strategic approach.
His expertise lies in building market-condition-based trading strategies and adjusting trades effectively during adverse scenarios. Owing to this unique skill set, he is fondly known in the trading community as the “Adjustment Guru.”
Guddu Sir has trained more than 10,000 students, many of whom have gone on to build successful careers in the trading and investment field. Early in his journey, he worked with several proprietary trading desks and also spent over 7 years at Sanjay Saraf Educational Institute (SSEI) — one of India’s leading finance education institutes — where he provided practical training to finance students, helping numerous CA and CFA aspirants succeed in their professional journeys.
His personal tagline beautifully reflects his philosophy:

Binita Jain — Co-Founder & Partner
Binita Jain discovered her passion for trading soon after completing her graduation. What began as curiosity soon turned into a deep professional pursuit. Over the last 5+ years, she has built strong expertise in derivatives trading, gaining hands-on experience in managing trades and adapting to real-time market dynamics.
She has developed exceptional command over trading setups and position management, and finds immense satisfaction in spending time on the trading screen — analyzing, executing, and optimizing trades. Her journey stands as a true inspiration for women traders, proving that passion and perseverance can break any barrier in the finance world.
Binita’s calm mindset, analytical skills, and continuous learning attitude make her an integral part of AlphaHedge’s trading and research framework.
